If your shipment happens to arrive damaged, please write "DAMAGED" on the waybill before signing.
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Returns are subject to declination after 14 days from the delivery date. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. You must receive prior authorization and a prepaid return shipping label from Dave's Auto Accessories. It must include all accessories/pieces that were included in the shipment. Item must be returned in the same packaging the item was sent in. ("Near New" condition is up to Dave's Auto's interpretation, and can charge a restocking fee of up to 50% based on the condition of the returned item) There must not be any wear or tear on the item, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use. The item to be returned must be in new or (near new) condition. Return requests started after 14 days from when the order was received is subject to declination. We must receive your request within 14 days of delivery.
